Shaker and canister warranty
The Steel Shaker and the Countertop Canister carry a two-year warranty against the body, the lid or the seal failing under normal use. Claims are filed here with a photo, and our warranty team reviews each one and sends any replacement.

- We do not publish a review time. A claim with no reply is flagged to the warranty team.
- A shaker that was a gift, bought under someone else's name, can still be claimed: ask us in the chat and we gather the claim there.
- A dent or a loose gasket in a torn box on arrival is damage in transit, not a warranty fault.
