This policy explains what information Aurevo collects when you shop with us, how we use it and the choices you have.
This is a demonstration store operated by Razviel. Nothing you type into this store is sent to a server: forms, the sample account, the cart and the chat run in your browser, and what they keep is stored there.
1. What we collect
- What you give us: your name, email, shipping address, phone number if you add one, and what you write to us.
- Order and subscription details: what you bought, when, the cadence of each subscription, and how you paid (we never see or keep your full card number).
- Account activity: your points, tier, store credit and referrals.
- Device and usage information collected when you browse, such as pages viewed.
2. Health details you share with us
If you tell us about a pregnancy, a condition, a medication or a reaction, we use it only to route that conversation, and a reported reaction is passed to our quality and safety team as a safety report. We do not use health details for marketing.
3. How we use it
- To process orders and renewals, send reminders 3 days before each renewal, and answer questions.
- To run Aurevo Rewards, the Aurevo Club, referrals and the athlete and creator program.
- To send marketing emails if you opt in; every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To stop fraud and keep accounts secure.
4. Who processes it
Service providers that run the store, payments, shipping, subscriptions, reviews and customer support process data on our behalf, under contract, only to provide those services.
5. Your choices
- Ask for a copy of your data or its deletion: we verify it is you, log it as a formal request and route it to the team that handles it within the legally required time.
- Unsubscribe from marketing at any time.
- Closing an account, canceling a subscription and deleting data are separate things, and we always say which one is happening.
6. Retention
We keep order records as long as the law requires, and the rest only as long as it is useful to you.
