A lab we do not own tests the lot for heavy metals and microbes.
Some products get one more test
Oxidation for the Omega-3 Fish Oil, potency for the Vitamin D3 + K2, and creatine content for the Creatine Gummies.

What testing does not mean
- It is not a certification. Third-party testing is a result for a lot, and we describe it as exactly that: tested by an independent lab for contaminants.
- It is not a promise of results. A lab report tells you what was measured in a lot, not what a product will do for you.
- It does not cover what happens after delivery. Heat, humidity and an open lid change powders, which is why every label carries storage guidance.
Freshness and best-by dates
Everything ships with at least nine months left before its best-by date. If something reaches you with less, or past its date, do not take it: write to us with the lot number, and our quality team flags the lot.

If something feels wrong after taking a product
Stop taking it and seek care, urgently if you have trouble breathing, swelling or chest pain. Then tell us what happened, with the product, the lot number and the best-by date. It goes to our quality and safety team the same day, and anything about the order comes after, never as a condition.
