How you earn

Points come from signed-in orders on this site, on the product total after discounts, rounded down, and are added when the order ships. Shipping, tax and the Club fee do not earn points.

• A guest order earns nothing.
• Subscription renewals earn double; the first box of a subscription earns the usual rate.
• A purchase from a gym, studio or clinic partner does not earn points on this site.
• There is no reward for writing a review or for joining the community.

How you redeem

Choose the reward on this page and confirm. The points are spent at once, and the reward becomes a discount code listed in your points history. It counts as the order's one code, does not apply to sale items, and does not stack with the subscription discount.

The fine print, in plain words

• Sign in before you check out.
• A refund or a return moves points both ways: the points you redeemed come back, and the points you earned come off.
• Points expire after 12 months without activity on the account.
• Points have no cash value and cannot be moved between accounts.
• If your balance looks wrong, ask us. Restoring points by hand is done by our rewards team.
