I was charged for a box I meant to skip.
A box that has been charged is an order. Unshipped, it can be canceled within 48 hours for a full refund; shipped, ask us and our team reviews it.
Boxes are piling up.
Stretch the cadence, up to every 12 weeks, skip a box, or pause for up to 12 weeks.
My renewal payment failed.
Update the card here and the renewal goes through. We never collect a card in chat.
There is a $10 charge with no box.

I have a prepaid plan.
Canceling stops the renewal, and the boxes already paid for still ship. Whether unshipped months are refunded is decided by our team.
