- A one-time order needs you signed in for the credit to show.
- A gift card balance can be turned into store credit by our team, so it can pay a subscription renewal.

Sign in first: credit and points never show on a guest checkout. The one-time code sign-in fixes it.
Will it be used on my next renewal?
No. Store credit does not pay subscription renewals, which charge the card on your subscription. It goes toward one-time orders at signed-in checkout, and any remainder carries forward.
