How to take and store
- Add one level scoop to 8–12 oz of cold water in a shaker. Level it with the rim; do not pack it.
- Shake for about ten seconds. It mixes without a blender; a few flecks of grass powder are normal.
- Drink it once a day, ideally with a meal. Morning is the habit most people keep.
- Close the lid right away and leave the desiccant packet inside the tub.
- The 60-serving refill pouch refills this tub twice, or the countertop canister once.
- Store in a cool, dry place below 77 °F (25 °C), away from direct sunlight
- Keep the lid closed and the desiccant packet inside — moisture is what makes powders clump
- Always use a dry scoop, and never return a wet scoop to the tub

What is actually in a scoop?
Spirulina and chlorella, wheatgrass and barley grass juice powders, spinach, kale, beet root, green apple, inulin fiber from chicory, four digestive enzymes and one probiotic, Bacillus coagulans. Each one is listed with its own dose in the Supplement Facts on this page: there is no proprietary blend.
Is it gluten-free? There is wheatgrass in it.
The wheatgrass and barley grass are harvested before jointing, when the plant has not formed grain yet, and they are tested gluten-free. That is stated on the label. If gluten is a medical matter for you, take the label to your doctor.
Is it vegan?
The formula contains no dairy, soy or nuts, but it is not labeled vegan, so we do not claim it. It is made in a facility that also processes milk and soy.
Which flavor should I start with?
Citrus Mint is the one most first orders choose. Original has no flavor and no sweetener, so it tastes like greens. If you cannot decide, the Travel Sticks come in Original and Citrus Mint, and the Greens Starter Kit includes sticks in the two flavors you did not pick.
Tub or refill pouch?

Good habit, keep the lid shut
My kitchen is humid and it clumped once when I left the lid off. Soft clumps break up with a dry scoop, as the page says. Keep the desiccant in.
