How to take and store
- Take two capsules in the evening, with water.
- If you also take the Sleep Blend or Evening Calm, add the magnesium on both labels together.
- If you take certain antibiotics or thyroid medication, ask your pharmacist how far apart to take them.
- Store in a cool, dry place below 77 °F (25 °C), away from direct sunlight
- Keep the lid closed and the desiccant packet inside — moisture is what makes powders clump
- Always use a dry scoop, and never return a wet scoop to the tub
- Use by the best-by date printed with the lot number on the base of every tub, pouch and bottle

What does "elemental" mean?
It is the magnesium itself, not the weight of the whole compound. Two capsules give 200 mg of elemental magnesium as bisglycinate, which is 48% of the Daily Value.
Is there magnesium oxide in it?
No. Bisglycinate only, with no oxide filler.
Can I take it with the Sleep Blend?
The Sleep Blend has 100 mg of magnesium per three capsules, and it counts toward the same total. Read both labels; the Sleep Stack comes with a card that adds them up. Whether that total suits you is a question for your doctor.
Does it interact with medication?
