How to take and store
- Take three capsules 30–60 minutes before bed, with water.
- Do not take it with Evening Calm Powder on the same night: they are the same blend.
- If you also take Magnesium Glycinate, add the magnesium on both labels together.
- Store in a cool, dry place below 77 °F (25 °C), away from direct sunlight
- Keep the lid closed and the desiccant packet inside — moisture is what makes powders clump
- Always use a dry scoop, and never return a wet scoop to the tub
- Use by the best-by date printed with the lot number on the base of every tub, pouch and bottle
- Keep out of reach of children — Aurevo products are for adults

Is there melatonin in it?
No. The only Aurevo product with melatonin is the Sleep Gummies, and it is kept out of this line on purpose.
What is in three capsules?
L-theanine 200 mg, glycine 1.5 g, magnesium 100 mg as bisglycinate and tart cherry extract 150 mg. Each is on the Supplement Facts.
How long does a bottle last?
Sixty capsules at three a night is 20 nights. On a subscription, pick the cadence that matches how many nights you take it.
Can I take it while pregnant or with medication?
The label says not while pregnant or nursing without a doctor, and to ask a doctor first on any medication. We never clear a product for anyone's pregnancy or prescription.
