There is no introductions thread: a first post saying hello is the way in.
The house rules
- Be kind.
- No selling, no spam and no affiliate links. An affiliate link is a removal, reviewed on request.
- No medical advice, to anyone.
- No medical claims about a product.
Joining carries no discount and earns no points: perks live in Aurevo Rewards and the Aurevo Club.
Not a support channel
The group is for members, not for orders. An order problem raised there is solved in our chat or by email, and a post that mentions a reaction to a product is passed to our quality and safety team right away.

Requests are approved by hand, so it can take a while. If it has been days, ask us and we pass it to the community team.

Removing and reinstating members is the community team's call. Ask us with the context and we pass it to them.
Is there a member discount?
No. Joining is free and carries no discount.
