Edit or cancel an order
Look the order up with its number and email, then choose Edit order or Cancel order. Both are open within 48 hours of placing the order and only before it ships. A change that moves money (a bigger size, an added product) is settled here before you confirm.

- The payment method cannot be changed after purchase.
- Editing an order does not change a subscription: future boxes are changed in the subscription portal.
- Canceling an order does not end a subscription, and ending a subscription does not cancel an order already charged.
- A pre-order can be canceled any time before it ships: ask us in the chat.
Order change questions
It already shipped.
Then it can no longer be edited or canceled. An unopened order can be returned through the returns portal once it arrives.
The label is printed. Can you change the address?
Then it becomes a redirect request with the carrier, which is the carrier's call and never promised.
