Good to know

- Store credit on your account applies to the next renewal on its own, before the card is charged.
- A gift card cannot pay a subscription renewal. Our team can turn a gift card balance into store credit, which can.
- Prices are not locked: a price change is announced by email before the renewal it affects. If that notice never reached you, our team keeps that renewal at the old price.
- If a renewal payment fails, update the card in the portal. We never collect a card in chat or by email.
- Signed in, subscription renewals earn double Aurevo Rewards points.
- A prepaid plan works differently: canceling stops the renewal, the boxes already paid for still ship, and whether unshipped months are refunded is decided by our team.
- The Aurevo Club is a separate, optional monthly membership. Nothing ships with it, and it is not needed to subscribe.
