This is where a return or an exchange starts. The portal checks the item against our policy as you go, issues a prepaid label and processes the refund, the store credit or the exchange. The original box is not needed, and there is no restocking fee.

Wrong, damaged or defective items are ours to fix.
Choose a refund, store credit or an exchange
Store credit lands in your account balance; an exchange is for another flavor or size.
Send it back
Any box or padded mailer works. Cancel in the portal before drop-off if you change your mind; that voids the label.
What cannot come back
- Opened products: for an opened first purchase, the first-purchase guarantee is the route, with nothing to send back.
- Final sale: the Protein Sample Pack and the Electrolyte Variety 12 Pack.
- A product that caused a reaction: stop taking it and tell us first, with the lot number. It is a safety report before it is a return.
Return questions
I opened it and it is my first purchase of it.
Then you do not need to return anything: the first-purchase guarantee refunds it within 30 days of delivery, opened or not. Ask us in the chat.
I opened it and dislike the flavor.
Once per customer, the Flavor Promise gives the value back as store credit toward a different flavor, or a partial refund, within 45 days.
The portal is charging me a label on a wrong or damaged item.
It should not. Tell us, and our returns team corrects it.
