How to take and store
- Add one scoop (32 g) to 8–12 oz of cold water or milk of your choice.
- Shake for about ten seconds. Cold water foams less than warm.
- Take it whenever it helps you reach your daily protein: after training, or as part of breakfast.
- Unflavored can be stirred into oats, yogurt or batter. Keep it off direct high heat.
- Store in a cool, dry place below 77 °F (25 °C), away from direct sunlight
- Keep the lid closed and the desiccant packet inside — moisture is what makes powders clump
- Always use a dry scoop, and never return a wet scoop to the tub
- Use by the best-by date printed with the lot number on the base of every tub, pouch and bottle

Asked about Grass-Fed Whey Isolate
Is it OK if I am lactose intolerant?
It is an isolate, not a concentrate, so it has under 1 g of lactose per scoop. Whether that is fine for you is something only you and your doctor can judge. It does contain milk, so it is not for anyone with a milk allergy.
What sweetens it?
Monk fruit and stevia. There is no sucralose and no artificial color. Unflavored has no sweetener at all.
30 or 60 servings?
At one scoop a day, the 30-serving tub lasts about a month and the 60-serving tub about two. The 60-serving tub is $98 instead of two 30-serving tubs at $108.
Can I change the size after ordering?
A bigger size changes the total, so you switch it yourself on the order editing page before the order ships; it settles the difference. A flavor swap at the same size can be made in the chat while the order is unshipped.
Can I try a flavor first?
