Track an order
Enter the order number and the email it was placed with to see every scan, straight from the carrier, package by package. A subscription box has tracking once it ships, within one business day of its renewal date.
Good to know
- Orders placed before 12PM MT on a business day ship the same business day from Aurora, Colorado.
- Standard is 3–5 business days in the US, express 1–3, and Canada 5–9.
- One order can leave in two packages, each with its own tracking email.
- A new label can show no movement until the carrier's first scan.
Tracking questions
It says delivered and it is not here.
Check with neighbors, a mailroom or a safe place first. With shipping protection, a stolen claim opens once it has been 5 days since delivery; without it, ask us.
Tracking has not moved for days.
In the US, a package counts as lost after 7 days without a tracking update, and to Canada after 20. Before that, the timing belongs to the carrier, and we will not invent one.
Where is my next subscription box?
It does not exist until its renewal date. The subscription portal shows the date; it ships within one business day of it.
My pre-order has no tracking.
That is normal: it has not shipped yet. The restock and pre-order page shows the expected date once it is confirmed.
