How to take and store
- Fill the AM and PM compartments for the week, following each label.
- Each compartment fits two softgels and three capsules.
- Not for gummies: they stick in heat.
- Store in a cool, dry place below 77 °F (25 °C), away from direct sunlight
- Keep the lid closed and the desiccant packet inside — moisture is what makes powders clump
- Always use a dry scoop, and never return a wet scoop to the tub
- Use by the best-by date printed with the lot number on the base of every tub, pouch and bottle
