- Take one softgel a day with a meal that has some fat.
- If you take a blood thinner such as warfarin, ask your doctor before you start: this product contains vitamin K.
- One bottle is three months.
- Store in a cool, dry place below 77 °F (25 °C), away from direct sunlight
- Keep the lid closed and the desiccant packet inside — moisture is what makes powders clump
- Always use a dry scoop, and never return a wet scoop to the tub

Why is the vitamin K warning on the front?
Because it is the question this product gets most. Anyone on a blood thinner such as warfarin must ask their doctor first, and we would rather say it on the front than in the fine print.
Is it vegan?
No. The D3 comes from lanolin and the softgel is bovine gelatin. We do not make a vegan D3 at the moment.
How much is in one softgel?
Vitamin D3 50 mcg (2,000 IU), 250% of the Daily Value, and vitamin K2 as MK-7 90 mcg, 75%.
Should I take it with food?
Yes, with a meal that has some fat. It comes in olive oil.
