How to take and store
- Whey: one scoop in 8–12 oz of cold water or milk, whenever it helps you reach your daily protein.
- Creatine: one 5 g scoop a day, in any drink, including the whey shake.
- Electrolytes: one stick in 16–24 oz of water with training or heat.
- Store in a cool, dry place below 77 °F (25 °C), away from direct sunlight
- Keep the lid closed and the desiccant packet inside — moisture is what makes powders clump
- Always use a dry scoop, and never return a wet scoop to the tub
- Use by the best-by date printed with the lot number on the base of every tub, pouch and bottle
