How to take and store
- Read the card in the box first: it adds the magnesium of both products up.
- Follow each label for how many capsules to take and when.
- Do not add Evening Calm Powder on the same night.
- On any medication, or while pregnant or nursing, ask your doctor first.
- Store in a cool, dry place below 77 °F (25 °C), away from direct sunlight
- Keep the lid closed and the desiccant packet inside — moisture is what makes powders clump
